Get Yourself Ready for Summer with a Powerful, Gentle, Caring and Healing Kambo Cleanse. Kambo is a traditional Amazonian medicine derived from the Giant Tree Frog. It is known as the vaccine of the Forest. It works in psychosomatic ways, promoting the health of body, mind and spirit. It helps to clear any obstructions on the persons life and it is said to prevent dis-ease for an entire year. Every person has a different experience with it but for the most part it will cleanse the individual on the physical level. A lot of purging is to be expected although sometimes people will not purge and still get a lot from it. The medicine is extracted from the Philomedusa Bicolor frog, without hurting it and placed on wooden paddles to dry. It then is made wet with water or saliva and made into waxy dots that are applied to the person. The application is made with thin wooden sticks that are used to burn the person’s skin in order to allow the frog poison to enter the blood stream. Applications usually last for 20 to 30 minutes but the whole process may take an hour or more. It is a very therapeutic practice and a vast majority of the people who use it or receive it have amazing effects in their life in general, not only in terms of health but they feel great afterwards and in a lot of cases, many good things happen to them in their lives as well.

Indigenous tribes have used it as a prophylactic against malaria, and also to boost strength and stamina. It is said to offer anti-inflamatory properties, can heal infections and regulate blood pressure and cure pretty much any imbalance and person may have including dis-eases and even mood disorders such as depression as it blasts the chakras into re-alignement. The Kaxinawa legend tells of a village shaman, who under the effect of Ayahuasca, was given a vision to extract the venom of the frog to heal his people. After his death, his spirit became one with the frog and is on a mission to protect the health of the indigenous people of South America. We are blessed to have learned and initiated into carrying this medicine and to be able to offer to folks here in North America.
