What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We charge a flat fee for most shipments although recently we are trying to use real time rates from the Post Office. If You need a package with emergency you can try contacting us and letting us know but keep in mind we are a husband and wife team and although we do our best to get packages out promptly sometimes it may take a little longer but usually all packages are shipping out from 2 to 7 days at the most.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Even tho we only have PayPal as a payment process at the moment, you can use your credit card without having to open a PayPal account, however, we highly recommend getting one. In the future we are studying accepting Bitcoin and other awesome new payment methods.

How long will delivery take?

For the Continental USA most of the time it takes 5 to 10 days. We however make sure to keep mostly Fresh Product from South America so here and there there may be a larger wait but not too much. We are a small and growing business and our product is of a sacred nature. Some of our suppliers are just really beginning to have a larger demand so please understand that while we strive to do our best, we really aren’t a large and well staffed company but we are always trying to improve to serve our customers better.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We host our website in a World Class hosting environment and take all the necessary precautions to make sure that your information is 100% secure. We don’t sell, share or giveaway any of our contacts nor any other sensitive information.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you order, we start preparing your package for shipment. You should receive an email from us once we receive your order but lots of times our emails get caught in Spam Folders. We are working to improve that but in the meantime please do make sure that you look in your spam folders and add our email addresses of contactATqueenoftheforest.org and pachamamacircleATgmail.com to your contacts so that way our emails make it to your inbox. You should also receive an email as soon as we prepare your package and make it ready for the USPS or whatever the carrier you may choose during your purchase.
