We charge a flat fee for most shipments. If you need a package urgently, you can try contacting us and letting us know. Keep in mind we are a small team and although we do our best to get packages out promptly, sometimes it may take a little longer. Usually all packages are shipped out within 2 to 7 days (at the most).

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We only have PayPal as a payment process at the moment, but you can use your credit card to make a purchase without having to open a PayPal account.

How long will delivery take?

Within the continental USA, most of the time it takes 3 to 10 days. We prioritize stocking fresh product from South America, so occasionally the wait might be a bit longer. We are a small and growing business and hold our products as sacred in nature. On top of this, some of our suppliers are just beginning to have a larger demand, so please understand that while we strive to do our best, we sometimes face delays and short-staffed weeks, but we are always trying to improve so we can serve our customers better.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We host our website in a world-class hosting environment and take all the necessary precautions to make sure that your information is 100% secure. We don’t sell, share or giveaway any of our contacts nor any other sensitive information.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you finalize your order, we start preparing your package for shipment and automatically send out an update email. Sometimes our emails get caught in spam folders, which we are working on trying to fix, but in the meantime please make sure that you look in your spam folder and add our email address  to your contacts so that our emails make it to your inbox. You should also receive an email as soon as your package has been prepared and readied to ship.

How has Covid -19 affected deliveries?

We are continuing to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them-but there has been some extended delivery time frames both domestically and internationally.Typically domestic orders are received in 3-10 days and we have noticed in some cases (due to the infrequent flights during the pandemic) deliveries have been made in 7-14 days.International orders that typically take 14-20 days are taking longer for the same reason.Some deliveries to Australia and New Zealand for example are taking up to a month to arrive.On the positive side, all orders are being delivered and there have not been any “lost” orders.
