Grounding
Deep, earthy blends for settling into the body and the present moment.
Grounding is the sense of arriving back in your own body. The breath drops, the shoulders follow, and whatever was spinning slows enough to be looked at.
Most hapé grounds to some degree, so this is a question of degree rather than a category. The blends here lean furthest that way: the ones their makers describe as depth and grounding, strength and grounding, or balance, and the ones carrying the element of earth.
They suit the beginning of a sitting, the end of a long day, and the hour after ceremony when you want to come back down slowly.

Each blend sits here because of how the people who make it describe it: the character they give it, the element it carries, and the strength they rate it. Most hapé grounds to some degree, and a blend can belong to more than one intention. These are the ones that lean this way.
