This is probably my #1 favorite blend. It is very calming and its ability to ground you in the present is very strong — strong enough that it can inhibit you from trying to recall or relive past memories, which can be an issue for me at times. Yet, it doesn’t prevent you from enjoying the present moment and current activities or conversations. I like it sometimes in the evening of late to keep me from falling into racing, negative thought patterns. It is very smooth and relaxing.
