Origin and Craftsmanship
In the era of the first Peruvian rubber boom, the Nukini of Brazil settled in the region of the Juruá Valley and the Serra do Moá. They were organized into small clans, including the Inubakevu (People of the Jaguar), Panabakevu (the Açaí People), Itsabakevu (People of the Patoá) and Shanumbakevu (People of the Cobra). Today the Nukini work to strengthen their tradition through the valorization of their spirituality, customs, handicrafts and finely prepared rapéh.
Botanical Composition
Nukini Jaguar is hand-prepared from a base of Amazonian tobacco combined with tree ashes and forest botanicals, following a recipe kept within the Nukini community. As with all our blends, it is a small-batch, artisanal preparation.
