Ken, Denver –
This is one of my favorite hapés. It is a strong hapé, but I find it very grounding and centering. It allows you to see clearly whatever issues might be happening for you, and to calmly observe where they arose from and how to resolve them. While it keeps me present, it doesn’t lock me in the present moment. It allows you to remember and work through problems past traumas and issues without being overwhelmed by them. It’s also a great hapé to share with others and can stimulate great conversations.
